Return Policy

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED. However, if you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. While we do not accept refunds, you may exchange your item within 14 days after purchase (shipped). We must approve all exchanges prior to processing.

Preparing Your Exchange By Mail

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

• Send us an email at erin@erinflynnjewelry.com indicating the reason for your desired exchange.
• Item must be in original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
• Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
• Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box. This is not a pre-paid label.
• Ship your package with a paid return label and insured for the full purchase price. This return label can be purchased at any UPS, FedEx or USPS package delivery provider.
• Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
• All exchanged products will be inspected by our quality assurance team before we can fully process. 
• Mail your return to the following address:  1728 Ocean Ave., #279, San Francisco, CA 94112.

Erin Flynn Jewelry isn't responsible for merchandise that is not received, is damaged when received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
